I’ll be honest with you. The first time I saw the movie Judge Dredd I didn’t fall in love with it. But… this is because I was ignorant about the history of the comic book. When I told one of my mates that I didnt really like the movie, he said I should read some of the old comic books, which I did, and it made me appreciate a lot more the story. So I rewatched the movie and under a new light, I did enjoy it.
So I was quite happy when the guys at NextGen Gaming came up with this one. I was quick to try it and boy had I a lot of fun. It was like in the old days when I would play this game in the old arcade stores. This is a video slot with 5 reels and 3 rows of symbols. But as I said before, I dont want to bore you with all the details about coin options, paylines, bonus etc. I just want to tell you that this game IS worth playing and spending a little bit of money (as always remember: dont gamble, use it for entertainment and assume you arent going to win).
Bottom line is: if you are into vintage, old school arcade style games, this one is for you. Also, this game caters both for high rollers ($100 bet limit) but also for those who like to play with little to no money, just a little bit will get you to cover 25 lines, so go for it.
Clearly this is not a pokie where you will be blown away with the lastest graphics, animations and complicated plots and storylines. However if you are into the Judge Dredd saga, or simply into old school stuff and you miss your C64, then this one is going to be a treat for you. Enjoy.
